As Cincinnati leaders continue examining how to better attract top talent and new businesses to the region, many are focusing on the Uptown Innovation Corridor as a magnet for talent and tech, creative and innovation-focused companies.
With developments planned on all four quadrants of the Corridor at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Reading Road, the developments are expected to attract and retain more than 6,000 jobs. Currently, more than $600 million in project investments are underway and the Uptown Consortium expects project investment in the Corridor to top $1 billion upon completion.
"We see the Uptown Innovation Corridor as the region's opportunity to capitalize on the opportunities that present themselves with this new economy," said Beth Robinson, president and CEO of Uptown Consortium.
